Last Updated: 9/10/25

By opting in to receive text messages from Veterans Services Group, you agree to these SMS/MMS Terms and Conditions. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Program Description
Veterans Services Group may send automated SMS (text) and MMS (multimedia) messages to individuals who have explicitly requested information about home services or opted-in to receive marketing communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

2. User Opt-In
You can opt-in to receive text messages from us by:

Entering your phone number and checking a consent checkbox on a web form on our website or a partner site.

Texting a specific keyword (e.g., "QUOTE") to our short code or toll-free number.

Providing your phone number and consenting verbally to a representative (who must document your consent).

3. Consent to Communicate
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated marketing and informational text messages from Veterans Services Group at the telephone number you provided. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with us. For quote requests, you may receive a series of initial messages. For marketing lists, you will typically receive a few messages per month.

5. How to Opt-Out (STOP Texts)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or toll-free number from which you are receiving messages. After you send the text "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation text to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

6. Requesting Help (HELP)

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting us at [Your Customer Support Phone Number] or [Your Customer Support Email].

7. Carriers and Charges
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from us to you. You are responsible for any message and data charges incurred from your mobile carrier. Please consult your mobile service carrier's pricing plan to determine the charges for sending and receiving text messages.

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
